Some people have sporting talent , some academic, some empathy and a pleasant disposition. Then there is Steve from ULD… there’s a level of intuition thats beyond humbling, and an insight that’s about as relevant and personally and professionally applicable to you as an an individual living in that moment as I recommend you will ever come across – as a leader, entrepreneur, albeit an Olympian.

I am a proud and sometimes hyper focused person, but I have had the ULD work in my favor in the subtlest of ways, with sometimes the greatest impact in that day, or week.

Stephen awakens your authentic self, in what ever way you are able to offer. I recall at the Global Champions Tour London Hospitality event we ran for Horse Scout 2018 just knowing when he was present, it’s like a spirit level being subtly run across my customers, clients, and more importantly I now see… me.

True artists have a style that works for them. So does Stephen. His understanding of his own abilities unlock yours.

I recall my return from a life changing car crash, being in a hospital, and at Oaksey House unable to walk and newly clad with multiple titanium pieces, within minutes he was able to redirect me to my inner strengths and help me focuss on all areas physical and mental that genuinely accelerated my healing.

Before running at Milstreet International 4* event last autumn I recall a couple of reflective sentences from Stephen being just the charge I needed to bring home my best Eventing result to date at a time of personal chaos.
