When my back pain no longer responded to an osteopath’s treatment, I was advised to try Stephen.

Stephen’s easy-going but confident and calm manner soon put me at my ease with my trepidation of the unknown. With his clear understanding of my concerns and needs, he quickly got me doing exercises which have progressed steadily over the past few months, building up to make my body more stronger, with (much-needed) increased flexibility.

I like too that Stephen treats each lesson individually and tailors it to how I am feeling on the day, both physically and mentally. His immense knowledge, passion and enthusiasm have been a true inspiration and under his guidance, I have discovered more body awareness and developed a greater sense of well-being – lessons which will stay with me for life!

Stephen Kleiser was recommended to me by my physiotherapist to help my recuperation from an injury that had severely restricted movement in my neck, arms and shoulders. She was right, time with Stephen has turned out to be the best decision about my health and fitness that I have ever taken.

I swiftly regained movement lost from a lifetime of hunching over keyboards and telephones. Now I have flexibility and strengths I wouldn’t have thought possible. I can move freely and my posture has improved beyond recognition.

He is a natural and intuitive teacher, with an encyclopaedic knowledge of fitness and well-being – and a deep well of patience – who can distil the complexities of body movement into easy-to-follow directions.

His teaching method incorporates teaching breathing and relaxation techniques, and he encourages me to go securely beyond my comfort zones in movement challenges.

The thing about Stephen Kleiser is that he has a rare talent – he makes the huge benefits of movement accessible, whatever your level of fitness.
