In the beginning I didn’t know what to expect. I’d never met Stephen before, but from the word ‘go’ I immediately felt very comfortable and relaxed around him.
Before we started the session he gave me a brief rundown about what it was all about and his approach to craniosacral Therapy, so nothing felt rushed. He explained that each session is unique to each person and will help release energetic and physical ‘blocks’ as they arise. The first session felt like a gentle introduction to cranio and flew by very quickly, but from the beginning my mind felt very present and in the moment and surprisingly focused and I left feeling relaxed and almost as if I was floating. The following sessions have been a bit more intense but I’ve never felt like its was unpleasant or something I couldn’t handle and I’ve come away feeling relaxed and clear minded.
I have been wanting to write about my experience for ages but it is so difficult to put into words exactly what its like working with Stephen!
There’s a subtle but very specific transformation that takes place.
I feel larger than life afterwards!
I feel like I’m moving as I was made to move: freely, easily and with presence.
Being a human being is awesome!
If you're considering seeing Stephen I wouldn't ask too many questions... my advice is to just go with it and see what a difference he makes!!
