I went to see Stephen to try to improve the flexibility and movement in my upper body, which had become very stiff in the preceding months.

We were working using very gradual and gentle arm extensions over my head when it became clear that I had encountered a block. I simply could not move my arm any further back and became anxious and a bit fearful of pushing it any further.

The blockage was obviously more emotional than physical.

Stephen reassured me and encouraged me to use incredibly subtle movements supported by him, breathing and positive visualisation and very gradually as my arm started to find its way, I also felt a huge emotional release.
Stephen explained that these blockages usually have their source in some past trauma I was holding on to in my body and actually it is not necessary to pinpoint what it was but just to understand that I can release these in a safe way.

To be able to do this and resolve physical and emotional blockages was an incredible experience and I am looking forward to carrying on this journey with Stephens help…

Wow, what more can I say about Stephen…he’s brilliant!
An exceptional eye for movement and a fantastic insight in how the body moves in space!
Stephen has taken a lot of my long term clients with pain and stiffness on a journey to teach them how they can chose to move away from pain and stiffness. All through self-realisation of their own body perceptions and understanding of movement patterns.
He doesn’t complicate it with lots of bewildering medical jargon (unless you like to know!), but instead he gives individuals more control of their bodies with a sense of feeling, emotion and personal growth into their ‘new’ body!
He is an amazing body of knowledge and a very charismatic character!

Thank you for all you help, advice and assistance with my clients.
