The human form has evolved over millions of years. When we really understand this evolutionary journey from a genetic, environmental and even a mythological perspective, we find ourselves with a very different model of who and what we are.

We start by discovering that THE BODY HAS NATURAL RHYTHMS…THESE RHYTHMS ARE EXPRESSIONS OF OUR HEALTH.

At the deep level of our physiological functioning, all healthy, living tissues subtly “breathe” with the motion of life – this produces rhythmic impulses, which we can learn to feel, in ourselves and in others.

Within the rhythms, we can sense areas of inertia.

These can be described as areas of stress or trauma (physical, psychological and emotional) that, throughout our lives, we have not been able to fully deal with at the time.

The accumulation of these stresses causes tissues to become imprinted with the memory of unresolved experiences… a bit like a video tape that keeps replaying whenever stimulated.

Our learning continues when we become aware that OUR PHYSICAL FORM HAS AN OPERATIONAL BLUEPRINT…

This is KNOWN AS THE HUMAN ORDERING MATRIX or BIOELECTRIC FIELD.

Laid down in the stillness following conception, it carries a primal template that orders embryological development.

These forces continue to organise us throughout life and can be felt in the physiological functioning of all healthy, living tissues.   When we reorient to stillness, the original blueprint helps with the release of our physical and emotional traumas resulting in realignments and reorganisation of our Form.

We can then continue to re-understand the human being with the knowledge that IN OUR PRESENT ENVIRONMENT, the evolutionary pathways of survival, have created the susceptibility for human disease.

When human beings are healthy, we do not have conflicts for the use of energy. In an unhealthy state, naturally fluctuating energy pathways become stuck or held and so natural fluctuation is no longer possible. The biggest conflict for energy is between our brain and our immune system. Both want and can take over the whole body… and each other.

When we combine an understanding of physical exercise, with the knowledge of how all forms of food have specific effects in the body, we are able to initiate the creation or dismantling of the bodies working mechanisms that are necessary to ease these energy conflicts.

To make a hardy flower grow it needs to be nurtured everyday. Its final transformation from seed to flower depends on the route of nurture involved.
